Inauguration of Chemical Engineering Association was conducted on 23 May 2022 Monday on behalf of Mrs.Ambili K. (Scientist,VSSC).The ceremony was lightened at 3: 30 pm in the presence of Dr.Beula C, HOD, Chemical Engineering, and other faculty members. College Union General secretary,Elias M Eldhose joined this auspicious occasion. A technical talk was delivered by our chief guest on the topic 'Role of Chemical Engineers in space' and an interactive session afterwards. Ceremony was concluded by 4:30 p.m. with vote of thanks by Geo Saju, Secretary, Association of Chemical Engineering Students.
A student alumni interactive session as part of the induction program for the first year students (2021-2026 Batch) have been conducted by the Department of Chemical Engineering on 23rd November 2021. Dr. Alan Ranjith Jacob, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Hyderabad (GECK Alumni (2006-2010 Batch) spoke about the various aspects and scope of Chemical Engineering.
